How to create a new tag?

To create a tag,

1. Navigate to Audience > Tags from the main menu and click the + New Tag button.

2. Enter the Tag Name and click Add. The tag will be added to your tags list.

Note: When a contact is qualified as a lead during conversations, a "Leads" tag is automatically assigned and added to this list.
