How to Manage Agent Settings?

1. From the main navigation menu, select AI Engine.

2. Open the Settings tab.

3. Review the prefilled configuration fields.

4. Update the required fields, such as:

• Agent Name

• Maximum Content Length

• Fallback Response

• Tone and Style of Responses

5. Click Save.

Note: The updated settings will be applied to all conversations where users interact with the AI agent.
