How to Configure Widget’s appearance & behavior?

  1. From the main navigation menu, select AI Engine.

  2. Open the Widget Settings tab.

  1. Review and update the widget configuration fields, such as:

  • Widget Display Name

  • Theme Color

  • Font Color 

  • Agent Icon

  • Handoff Message (for agent takeover)

  • Initial Message 

  • Message Placeholder

  • Suggested Messages

  1. Click Save Profile.

 

Note: The updated settings will be applied to the web chat widget when User opens it.
