How to Disable Active Integrations?

1. From the main navigation menu, select AI Engine.

2. Open the Deploy tab.

3. In the Integrations section, review the list of connected channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack).

4. For any channel you want to disable, toggle its status from Active to Inactive.

5. Click Save Configuration.
   
   

Note: Once disabled, users will not be able to chat with the bot through that specific channel.
