How to Remove Tag from Contacts?

From the main navigation menu, select Audience > Tags.

Locate the tag from which you want to remove contacts.

Click the View Contacts icon in the Actions column.

In the contact list for that tag, select the contact(s) you want to untag.

Click Remove Tag.

Click Remove to confirm.

The tag will be removed from the selected contacts.
