How to View Web Chats?

  1. From the main navigation menu, go to Conversations.

  2. In the channel dropdown, select Web Chat.

  1. Web chat conversations will be listed with details such as ID, Last Message (preview), Sender Name, Date & Time, and an Eye icon in the Actions column.

  2. Click the Eye icon next to the desired conversation.

  3. The full web chat conversation will open for review.
