How to View Conversations from Other Channels?

  1. From the main navigation menu, go to Conversations.

  2. In the channel dropdown, select the desired Integrated Channel (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp, Teams, Telegram).

  1. All conversations for that channel will be listed.

  2. Click the Eye icon in the Actions column for the conversation you want to view.

  3. The complete conversation history for that channel will be displayed.
