How to add business information to the AI Bot?
To add business information to the AI Bot,

Navigate to AI Bot Settings > Business Info from the main menu.

Choose one of three options:
- Enter your Website URL
- Upload a document (.txt or .pdf file),
- Use the Text Editor to type or paste information directly.
- Click Submit and you'll see a success message confirming the information has been saved.
- You can use these same options anytime to overwrite and update existing information.
