How to edit existing business information?

To edit existing business information,

  1. Navigate to AI Bot Settings > Business Info and click the Edit option.
  2. The existing business information will open in the text editor where you can make required changes.
  3. Click Update Info when finished and a success message will confirm the text has been updated.
