To test the AI Bot before deployment,

  1. From AI Bot Settings > Business Info, click the Try AI Bot button.
  2. The AI bot window will open where you can start chatting by typing questions. The bot will respond based on the business information you have configured, allowing you to verify accuracy before making it live.
