How to edit an automation rule?
To edit an automation rule,

Navigate to AI Bot Settings > Automations, find the rule you want to edit in the Rules tab and click the Pen icon under the Actions column.

Update any required fields such as rule name, numbers, forward number, response, or additional actions. Click Submit and the rule list will be updated with your changes immediately.
