How to view details of an existing automation rule?
To view details of an existing automation rule:

Go to AI Bot Settings > Automations and locate the desired rule in the Rules tab.

Click the Eye icon under the Actions column and a modal will open showing all the rule details configured at the time of creation, including rule name, numbers, forward number, response text and applied lists.
