How to create a new automation rule?

To create new automation rule, 

  1. Navigate to AI Bot Settings > Automations and click Add New Rule on the Rules tab.

  2. Fill in the Rule Name, select numbers from the dropdown (only Twilio-configured numbers appear), enter the Forward number for call/message routing and write the automatic Response text.

  3. Optionally select a list to apply the rule to all contacts in that list. Click Submit and the rule will be added as Active by default.
