How to view SMS and call logs for a specific rule?

To view SMS and call logs for a specific rule:

  1. Go to AI Bot Settings > Automations and locate the relevant rule in the Rules tab.
  2. Click the List icon under the Actions column to open the Log tab, which displays all SMS and call logs related to that rule with columns for Rule ID, Message, Sent To, Sent From, Direction, Deliverable Status, Rule Name, Date Created and Actions.
