How to understand the Dashboard Overview?

The dashboard displays key metrics including a Trial Banner showing your current plan status, an Onboarding Checklist tracking setup completion, leads count showing captured contacts, Sent SMS total, Missed Calls count and conversation charts. The Conversations section shows a pie chart for current month Web and SMS chats and a bar chart comparing the last six months. Recent Activity lists, recent call and SMS events with timestamps for quick review.
