How to configure the web chat widget appearance and behavior?

To configure the web chat widget's appearance,

1. Navigate to Widget Settings from the main menu and review the configuration fields.
2. Update settings such as Widget Display Name, Theme Color, Font Color, Agent Icon, Handoff Message (for agent takeover), Initial Message, Message Placeholder and Suggested Messages.
3. Click Save Profile and the updated settings will be applied to the web chat widget when users open it.
