How to configure the web chat widget appearance and behavior?
To configure the web chat widget's appearance,
- Navigate to Widget Settings from the main menu and review the configuration fields.
- Update settings such as Widget Display Name, Theme Color, Font Color, Agent Icon, Handoff Message (for agent takeover), Initial Message, Message Placeholder and Suggested Messages.
- Click Save Profile and the updated settings will be applied to the web chat widget when users open it.
