How to assign tags to contacts?
To assign tags to contacts,

Navigate to Audience > Contacts where all manually added and webchat contacts are listed.

Select one or more contacts using the checkboxes, click the Assign Tag icon at the top, choose the tag from the dropdown and click Submit. The selected tag will be assigned to all chosen contacts.
