How to remove tags from contacts?
To remove tags from contacts,

Navigate to Audience > Tags and click the View Contacts icon for the tag.

In the contact list view, select the contact(s) you want to un-tag, click Remove Tag and confirm by clicking Remove. The tag will be removed from the selected contacts.
