How to start a webchat session for testing?
To start a webchat session for testing,
- Navigate to Business Settings and locate the Web Chat URL under the Chatbot Setup section. Copy the URL and open it in an incognito window.
- When prompted, enter your Name and Contact details, then click Start Chat to initiate the chat and interact with the bot. Users who start a session via Web Chat are automatically added to the Contacts list.
